“The fact that I can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another’s, smile at someone and receive a smile in return, are to me continual spiritual exercises.”

Today’s thought for today is dedicated to a very good friend of many who receive these thoughts. I have been communicating on a daily basis with Elbert Alan Ellington of Santiago, Chile for the better part of a year. Al would grade the quality of each thought with a thumb’s up or thumb’s down in some sort of a corrosive or complementary manner. Al passed away suddenly this past week. There are very few people I have thought of as an “Individual”- a person of unique qualities and character. Al Ellington was an “Individual” and he will be sorely missed.
